Just Go Away

Hey! You pasty-faced, orange-haired, fat, fucking loser
Time to go away.

For the last four years you radiated over every possible wavelength
Your latent yearning for lost games of catch with your dad
Spewing us with a nationwide neuroses
But the votes are in, you’re a self-obsessed darkness.

Just go away.
We are exhausted from your lies,
You’re entitlement,
Your constant need for attention.

Even Hitler, finally just killed himself
But we’d be happy if you
Got on your grandkid’s pony and rode off into the sunset
A broken antihero.

Just go away.
You’re a pest, a gnat, a fool,
The messiah of pessimistic forecasts of a charismatic ox
That would bring down the great American experiment.

You are a symptom of more complex ills
That need leadership of a servant leader
A visionary that sees that we must heal ourselves.
Just go away and let us try.

We feel sorry for you
And we hate you, when hate is not good for us.
Look in the mirror and throw a kiss to the one you love
Then go away.

Let America DREAM again
Just go away

Let science work its magic to tackle climate, pandemics and education
Just go away

Let my grandchildren inherit faith and trust in humanity
Just go away

Just go away!
